It may be used to describe anything from minimal exaggeration of normal human traits, magic, to near-godlike abilities including flight, superstrength, projection of destructive energy beams and force fields, invulnerability, telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, super-speed or control of the weather. The road to greatness begins by understanding your Superpowers that you will use to get there. 

You may not be "Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound” like Superman. But you definitely have unique, special, remarkable abilities that give you an unfair advantage. Areas where you have an opportunity for true greatness.

Superpowers are more than just strengths. They are what you do better than anyone else.

Think back. You’ve had moments when everything clicked, and people saw something exceptional in you. Everyone has at least one Superpower. Some have a couple of them. You probably have at least three. Some find theirs early. Others discover them by accident or are afraid to use them.

The world’s great individuals and organizations didn’t start great. They uncovered their path to greatness by harnessing their unique talents. Michael Jordan discovered he could defy gravity on the court and elevate his team. But he also has a exceptional level of competitiveness. Bill Clinton had a unique ability to connect with people, making them feel like his sole focus. Both Jordan and Clinton harnessed their Superpowers to achieve greatness.

Oprah Winfrey’s sSuperpower? Empathy. She connects deeply with her audience, making everyone feel seen and heard, which has made her a cultural icon.

Steve Jobs had an uncanny ability to foresee technological trends and understand consumer desires before they did. His Superpower was a mix of innovation, storytelling and marketing prowess. Serena Williams’ superpower is resilience. Her ability to bounce back, fight through adversity, and maintain her dominance in tennis is unparalleled.
